Contingency Search

Through the use of traditional search methods, candidates are identified for consideration by client companies to fill their needs. This search option is best utilized when there is latitude with respect to degree of candidate fit, urgency for completion and availability of professional resources. Terms are as follows:

Guarantee Period of Employment: 30 days from start date.

Search Status Updates: Verbal.

Terms of Payment: 100% of placement fee due and payable upon candidate acceptance.

Retained Search
Utilizing specialized tools including Search Profiler, Marketplace Mapping, Candidate Profiles and Search Status Reports this search method provides the highest degree of successful recruitment of top
professionals. This search method is most effective when there is high urgency, limited professional resources and the position must be filled.
Terms are as follows:

Guarantee Period of Employment: One year from start date.

Search Status Updates: Bi-weekly progress reports will be provided to the client.

Terms of Payment: One third of the placement fee payable at the beginning of the search.

The balance of the placement fee due and payable upon candidate acceptance.

Strategic Partnership
Best suited for companies with continual recruiting needs, this method has proven successful to our clients who are experiencing multiple openings over an extended period of time and seek professional assistance in their organizational needs. Search structure, terms and performance goals are negotiated at the time of the agreement. This custom method of search has become one of our most popular options.
